Privacy Policy

Confidentiality

All information within the counselling session will be treated in complete confidence. The exceptions to this are:

If the counsellor felt that you or someone else was at risk of significant harm
Discussion with supervisor, though no personal information is given.
Disclosures of acts of terrorism, money laundering or drug trafficking.

Any confidentiality breaches would be discussed with the client.

Data Protection

Liz Johnson Counselling will hold personal information about the client in order to make contact with regard to the sessions. This information will be treated confidentially and stored in a password protected document.
